I suggest when we’re bitchin at each other about who’s right who’s wrong what works and what doesn’t, maybe we’re at a point where we need to try everything and anything when it comes to boosting or saving our Pacific salmon population. Read Carl Zimmers NY Times article Dec 7,2018, about a lack of oxygen in our oceans and see if maybe complaints are no longer the right approach . And the dfo approach of monitor and advise died in 1999. We need more hatchery production of salmon we need wild net pen farms in our oceans raising wild salmon. It’s time for innovative and even experimental but Monday morning quarterbacking is over people we need real solutions on an industrial scale
