Active Pass

I would like to know if i can salmon fish inside of active pass,we use to fish there in the 80s and early 90s,but i heard that the BC Ferrys kicked all the fishing boats out of the inside?I also see the RCA on the East end of the pass so i know that i can't fish inside of that. i don't see anything in the regs saying we can't fish inside active pass.

Mike-non one fishes there because there's very little for Salmon and it's crawling with Seals. [V]

I can't think of a more unlikely place, have a look @ the thread on Porlier Pass seems to be a few fish about some of the time.
