I'll bet he has cashed more than a few government checks in his life though. Pretty sure that makes him a Canadian resident. I live in the same town town as this goof and while most of the natives are some what OK here there are some bad ones. Let's face it the whole system is way beyond bad but we as Canadians are far too lenient when it comes to the nation that is supposedly above us.
