Skaha has changed a lot. My uneducated guess is way more biomass after almost two decades of sockeye fry release and adult returns. Nowadays in fall it's normal to see spawned out fish in the shallows or on beaches.
Absolutely it is and all the nutrients that come along with it. Them Bows out there are some serious toothy critters though and big plugs and apexs get smashed HARD. Even the Bass seem to be doing well in there.
