Its been a difficult winter for me to accomplish anything. I am told I was suffering a major lack of vitamin D. The symptoms is classed as SAD seasonal affective disorder. Finally I finished the video for last fall beach fishing season. It SO SO but it shares some of the best days we had.

This is a small video off the fall of 2016 beach fishing. With thousand off beaches on the East side of Vancouver Island. Some are easy to find other are a challenge. Every year we discover access to a beach we have never covered nor has anybody else. This year was no exception as fishing was slow due to heavy winds and high surf. We started to drive going up and down roads looking for access. We found a jewel and luck prevailed with lots of salmon moving through the waves. Lets hope next year the same location will have the same rewards.

Always look forward to your beach expeditions!!

Enjoy your recipes you have shared over the years too!!

I do hope we will be seeing a lot more of each this year......

Thanks for sharing! I love this kind of stuff!

Nice video, thanks for spending the time. You should get yourself some Vit D pills, take one a day in the winter :)
