Thirteenth Annual Salmon Dinner and Auction, Saturday April 10th 2010.
On Saturday April 10th, 2010, the Sunshine Coast Salmonid Enhancement Society will hold the 13th Annual Salmon Dinner and Auction at the Sechelt Seniors Centre. This is a charitable event to raise funds for the continued operation of the Chapman Creek Hatchery and other Society programmes.
The Society is a registered charitable organisation , which operates the Chapman Creek Hatchery, releasing 1 1/2 million Salmon, Steelhead and Cutthroat trout annually into Sunshine Coast waters from Egmont to Gibsons and beyond.
The dinner is our primary fund raising event and in addition to gourmet salmon there will be a live and silent auction with many unique and valuable items available for bids, plus a reverse draw with top prize of $2000.00. Tickets are $100.00 with a tax receipt of $ 50.00, and are available from members, or by calling 604-885-4738, or by contacting Bob Ansted at the hatchery at 604-885-4136.
