2000 Yamaha 200 V6

I am looking at a boat with a 2000 Yamaha 200 V6 engine and am wondering if this is a decent motor. At this point in time I don't know how many hours are on the motor. Please give me your comments pro and con.

very good and bullet proof motors... most yamahas are very good except the early model HPDI's, which this obviously isnt.
