$2.8 million luxury fishing yacht from Campbell River

For that money I would thought they would have an IPS propulsion system.
Took a closer look at the pics and looks like Arneson drives. No rudders.
Very interesting drive system. Would not be my first choice, but I ain't signing the cheques!!!

Yah that ain't no 9.9 boys. I'm surprised for a purpose built fishing vessel the deck doesn't look all that big. I'm sure it's plenty big enough but for a boat built for fishing you would think more emphasis would have been put into the fishing area. But still she's one heck of a machine.

I believe its a 60 hp motor. Nice boat but almost 3 mil could have bought a used yacht twice the size! Guess they really like tuna fishing..

x2

In comparison you would get a much nicer yacht for $2.8 million, USD or CDN! Don’t get me wrong I believe Daigle is one of the premier aluminium builders period, just seems to be a waste of value..

Honestly, if I had the money, I'd do something similar. I'd have a big mother ship, with a couple 'launches' that could be deployed for fishing. Sail it up and down the west coast, over to Eastern Russia. Drop anchor in some fijord, launch the jet sled and run up some remote river to fish for pure wild steelhead. Have a second 18' launch to fish out in the chuck with. Helicopter pad to fly in the hookers and beer...

Now, now that's not the socialist way is it. Don't spend your hard earned money on yourself. You have to give it to the Central Committee to distribute amongst those to lazy to get it themselves. In your perfect world there is no rich, everyone must be poor and share in the misery.
