The hull is 3800 pounds.... Suzuki 250 is around 550 pounds plus the kicker, fuel, gear etc

Great boat at a decent price
I've got a similar hull for sale but priced higher due to twins and better electronics package.
Non the less...I own 3 Grady's and this boat was priced fair.
