Saw this in the paper... So sad. Writing is on the wall, 15 years ago too. We don't learn from our mistakes well enough do we?! History is destined to repeat itself isn't it?

The state of chinook is the Yukon is a very serious situation indeed. So much so that it is explicitly stated as one of the key aspects of PSF's new strategic plan for 2016-2018 found below.
