Is Active pass or Polier Pass a good place to hunt for these fish .I can get to Active pass fairly quickly ...coming across the Georgia Straight in 20 minutes from Point Roberts area and to Polier in a but longer ... wondering if these area's are open for Chinooks and if anyone has tried...

I just live five minutes away now and I am going to start to fish there but dont have a clue what to use and what I can catch there ...Well spring's i know ..but what about coho or sockeye when they are running ...hoping for any info on fishing there .....HELP Please !!!!
