    An announcement from the DFO today: Moutcha Bay and Head Bay (including the Conuma River) have been closed to all fishing until further notice. Fishing is still permitted around the corner outside of Perpendicular Bluff and the rest of Nootka Sound.

    Back yesterday Comies are lined up from Critter to Moutcha not sure when there opening is , no problem catching fish but sure are small average size was 15ish LB .

    Agree with not going back to Tuta they wanted 65$ a night for camp and moorage , for a bit more I would stay at Moucha Bay . Way nicer place ,,,,

    Seigners open Mon and gill netters open Wend , was up there yesterday I was the only boat that I seen dip the net but did see a guy at the cleaning station cleaning A fish .

    Fished Seperation head hard 6 hours 40 boats didnt see a net get dipped , not a boat at Brown Bay .
