    Anyone else see the 11, yes 11 whale watching boats off Burial Island down to Sansum Pt. Monday afternoon between 3:30 and 5. A large pod of Orcas were feeding and the Whale Watchers were right in the midst of them for the whole time. No self enforcement of the rules. And no DFO of course.
