Good point, it took awhile but I see it too. I wondered if this would be happening if the chinook retention was open? Charters and sport fishermen would be out more and keeping their allowed catch?

It’s called fisherman’s paint from home hardware In Sidney. Wear a mask, it hums! Best part is less than $40 for a GALLON
