Garage Cleanout - diesel heater, maps, spare tire holder, spotlight etc

I've got some stuff taking up room in my garage that I don't need:

1) Chinese 5kw 12v diesel heater and tank- was too big for the space on the grady and ended up going with 2kw. I bench tested and it worked great...some of the wires were snipped during my installation attempt, simple to crimp and reconnect.

2) Fulton spare tire holder - this hasn't ever been bolted to the trailer. Wrong bolt pattern for me

3) Maps and map bag - barkley sound, gerogia straight, north and central coast

4) Kids life jacket to 35 lbs

5) 12v plug in spotlight - worked last time I tested - has been in garage for a year

6) Fish cleaning door mat

7) Small flyreel holder (not shown) holds 3 or 4 reels frogpond brand

I'm in south surrey white rock available today/tomorrow....2 x 12 phillips hop box variety pack can take everything

How much smaller was the 2kw heater?

The 2kw was the exact same size as the 10 year old Webasto 2000ST it was replacing. The 5kw is probably 2 inches longer and a little wider, wouldn't fit in the same spot on the boat
