Submersible pump, run up to a tee with a ball valve for each run. One pipe is 1 1/4 for wash down, the other run is reduced to 3/4 with squirt holes drilled every 8”. Volume control by the ball valve.

I've shown this before but here is what I have. Portable from the stern, where it's stored, to the side rail for use. Mounted with Scotty brackets. Works for me but not for you guys that catch the "big" fish.
