Do a course. It’s fun. But dangerous without training. My breath hold went from one minute to three over a weekend course. Some of the other guys hit 5 minutes.

Look up Bottom Dwellers freediving. It’s PFI certification. There are a bunch of different courses from novice to advanced.

Wim Hof is pretty cool. Never practice hyperventilation style breathing with freediving though. You’ll black out, drown and die.
