I've seen this in Howe sound. The prawn trawler was tied to a float at porteau Cove. He was tossing dozens of giant yellow eye dead floating all around him. Reported to DFO they said what he was doing is legit. Was freaking disgusting!!

You do know that photo is from 2014 right? I totally agree its wrong, but this one is old news and has been posted on this site before.
