Back in 2016 someone posted a youtube video of it that showed thousands of goldfish being scooped up on shore, Then a few days later it was removed and people in town started saying it wasn't an issue.
Then people were saying that they caught record size trout in that lake that were plugged full of goldfish.
This one's an interesting one.

They pulled a lot of Goldfish out of Dragon Lake a few years back. I went looking for Goldfish the following spring, but could not find any, however, most goldfish were found in the shallows where my boat could not go.
I have noticed the fishing get better or stay the same. I've been fishing Dragon Lake for over 15 years and the quality of fish I catch in the fall has improved. I love to use a pink or orange corky with a dodger and I catch enough large fish to keep me going back. Think of corkys as if fly fishing with blobs.
