Funny you say that. When I was a boy, my dad bought a Rinell. The boat had exactly that, a hole. Barely made to the dock and the boat was trash.

Reinell's were possibly the worst boats ever built in my experience.If going to all the work and expense of a project boat,you want to start with something worthwhile,this isn't it.

I've got a 67 Sangster 18 ft that I've owned since new. It's been in my shed for ever. Tank of a hull, was I/o but I ve been working on it between back operations. Motor and leg are all that's left. Trailer needs an axle, the frame is so heavily galvanized it'll never rust. Now after my 4th operation just over its gotta go. I'm on Gabriola, you can text me at 250-616-3410. It's worth a look.
