Fileting fish

Is there some place to take your fish to be fileted and vacuum packed I suck at fileting

I always take some fish to get cold smoked every year to masas smokehouse in North Van. 3$ a pound Some of the best lox around. They will also filet and vacuum pack your fish aswell

Get yourself a cut proof glove to wear on your left hand. Helps a ton when the fish are slipping around and eventually will save you from a bad cut when your super sharp knife slips!

Bruce's Market in Maple ridge will vac pack ($1/bag) and/or fillet and/or smoke not smoking right now due to high volume, I've had about 20 fillets vac packed, $20 maybe could have vac packed myself for half that but nice to have it done to save time
