Registration is officially open for the Race For The Blue Tuna Shoot-Out, and if you want in you better get on it.

Event starts with a mandatory captains meeting on September 7th at Tofino Resort + Marina.

. The Shoot-Out goes out into the great big Pacific blue between Sept 8-15th. Awards party and live music on the evening of the 15th.

No rumours, the event was announced a few months ago when we were trying to combine the event with Bamfield. It was a logistical nightmare so we all decided it would be better off separated. Both will be great events. Hopefully the weather/water line up.

Sounds like an amazing event. I’d like to plan for it next year. Do you do the same weeks each year? Too hard to plan on short notice.
