What conditions do I need to launch a 21' boat at the James Bay ramp?

Hello, everyone.

I plan to play around the Inner Harbour for a few days early next week.
I have emailed the GVHA for moorage.
My brother will dump us in then park my rig in a secure lot.

I am a very experienced boater and have launched in many sketchy spots over the years.
The boat is a 21' cuddy on a tandem trailer, the truck is a full size newer 4x4 with good tires.

Never having launched at James Bay, my questions are:
1) are there any conditions that I need to be aware of ahead of time?
2) what would be the minimum tide height for me to launch my boat?

Thank you.

The tides are not low enough that you need to worry,
the concrete sidings are rough and can be hard on fibreglass.
Other than that you should have no problem.
There is seldom anyone there to take launch fee's.
not even sure there is a fee ?

Much better/easier to launch at Esq. Angler’s - great ramp, etc. Go o the website and check it out.

I see the Esquimalt ramp is much nicer, but I prefer how close James Bay is to the Inner Harbour in the event of any WX for my guests.
Plus, my brother's lunch break is brief and he works downtown ;-)

Does anyone have a guide for minimum tide height for my boat to be launched at James Bay?
