Place it on a small pallet and strap it down, phone any of the ogistic companies and they will be able to give you a cost if you can provide weight and paler domension

You may want to consider draining the oil for shipping. A lot of small 4 strokes have an open sump and if positioned correctly on the flat should not leak but things happen during shipping. Why take the chance, the carrier would not be please with the cost of clean up or damage to other shipped items and may want to transfer those costs to you.
