Chinook regulations area 19 and 20

I've heard that the Chinook regulations for area 19 & 20 changed on July 20th but I can't find any change on DFO's website. Does anyone have a definite answer on this?

Not quite correct Scott, 19-5 to 12 has a minimum of 62 cm still.
