There was a very very strong message sent to them this year at the IPHC meeting..either comply or lose your fishery..it will be interesting to see if it can really happen in a year...im not holding my breath that they can...time will tell....

not sure about that but jimmy pattison owns the trawler fleet in bc

believe it or not..the BC trawl fleet is consider the cleans trawl fleet around ... all bye catch is account for as under the DFO system .....
