I'm sitting in Merritt right now. We got shutdown from snow, about 3 inches in town but a foot in the hills.

That sucks!
I heard they shut down some of the roads in and out of the interior.
We had no snow in town as of Sunday....
I will have some homemade sausage and jerkey next summer

Interesting to once again collect one of each of our deer species again this year!

Between me & my Buddies we have amassed a fair bit of sausage material this year. Combined with the recently slaughtered pig, we will once again be diving into just that. I'll post once in a while while we are doing so...
