There were 5 pots total in this mess floating past Alderidge Point on thursday.

I too once blamed others (of all stripes) until I watched my traps drift by with the tide. On the plus side, if you catch them, they're usually full...

Glad you guys got a chuckle.

I appologize to anyone who lost traps in that pile. But I deemed it unsafe to harvest the traps as I was fighting a 3kt current at the time.

Pretty funny I was hoping to see a couple punks in a skiff pulling your gear that you could actually punish lol! Log booms were the worst theif in the gulf, prior to moving to the west coast working at a saw mill for several years in Ladysmith there was always markers in the booms damn tug operators lol!
