Boats on Used Victoria and Other Areas

But it has a new gel coat and was completely rebuilt
I gave the same model boat away with a steel trailer for free last year. It needed work but was solid with no engine. If I would have known I could have got $8k (lol) for it this year in this crazy market. It might be a good time to open a fibreglass repair shop to fix transoms and stringers when people realize the overpriced ancient boat they bought is falling apart.

What's the purpose of the welded add-on(s) on the stern of the Sea Runner?
I was looking at that, It almost looks like an extended transom but not really. I had almost the same boat, but it definitely did not have that and it looks factory. Good deal overall, keep a spare tilt motor, available from eBay for $100 for the 115 and you will have a great boat. I did replace my top of that era and it wasn't cheap but gave a couple more inches to allow my 5'9" to stand up nicely.

My buddy recently told me that he knew someone that did something similar to that to their Hewes. Slightly angled to keep the bow down and reduced the pounding a bit. I would have opted for trim tabs, but hey whatever works eh
