Anyone ever used a puller from a company in Nanaimo called prawnstar? Specifically looking at their MANO handsfree puller. Advice before purchase would be appreciated.

4 traps per string is a lot of load you guys who do this do you follow the regs and place a float at each end of the string as required? I did 3 per line then I learned any more then 2 and you need a float at each end of the string. Not worth the hassle to me to deal with 2 floats per string plus the extra load pulling its easier to just drop 2 strings.
I pick up a hula from prawnstars tomorrow. I’ll update once I’m able to use itDidnt see any responses about the prawnstar unit...anybody?
I've used the ace and it's great, but it does stall out or pop fuses with a relatively light load.
Ace line Max torque hands free all the way, i had the scotty before which was great for the compactness of it, i do miss it some days for the low profile and ease of set up..
Having the hands free and way more speed is a game changer, traps come high out of the water, spot the weights right away before the hit the pulley
heard of some guys plugging the max torque into there down rigger plug, not enough power, needs 10 gauge to make that thing run at
it's full torque power...
Needs a 40 Amp fuse i was told.. haven’t blown a fuse and Ive had full traps of prawns in the net and heavy traps, not light baurs...Oh I like the ace with the hands free, and my wiring is as above. She just likes to eat 30A fuses. I have a collection of spares though.
