Yamaha tiller parts

I have a 2010 9.9 yamaha, tiller with the shifter on the tiller. The cam that connects the shifter to the cable broke and its now stuck in gear. I think someone might have been messing with it in storage, wasn’t like that when i parked it. I can’t seem to find the part onlineor even the shifter cable, any idea’s? Also had oil leak out from under the cowling somewhere, could it be from lifting it out from the backseat of the truck and getting a bit upside down?

If you tilt too far opposite side of the tiller arm oil can drain through the intake and carb, unlikely tho if it was just a quick maneuver. Parksville boathouse is my goto for yamaha parts, nothing i haven't been able to find yet.
