Not sure I would have to think about both, depends which one I find I like first and also if my buddy wants a steering wheel in his boat. Leaning more towards a tiller as its only a 14ft boat,what you got? I found one before I went fishing but I got beat to it by one day was a smokin deal.
I also have a 15 hp short shaft merc. I think 2004 with maybe 20 hours on it. My 12 foot got stolen along with a cargo trailer a year or so back and I don't see me buying another boat soon so I don't need it and not a good for for my bud.
Also my bud has a 2007 Karavan tandem axle with breaks drums I believe with new guts and bearings this year my buds askin $2500 but I'm sure he will take $2000. Use to be my bros trailer and he did a major service then my bud bought it but its a tad too big for his boat so he wants to sell or trade it.
