went up friday after work fished saturday morning bit bumpy to go out anyfarther then 7mile seemed to be nothing big for salmon around there all 5-8 lbs none stop even before you could put the clip on. moved onto effingham (spelling?) same thing there moved over to kirby and my warning alarm goes off for the engine [V] lots of oil still, puffing and lots of water coming out ?????? dont want to wreck anything so I go to start up the kicker( I grabed off a friend because mine is still in the shop) and it wont start [:0]. called the coast gard send over a boat but they wanted to tow me to bamfield (trailer in ucluelet) asked for them to see if anybody would do it on a comercial basis, the seaway express did it for 300.00 but only to his dock. So I called up the guy that bought my old boat and he towed us back to island west .
seems the warning was for water in my filter .
