Have decided to service all my Shimano lever drags myself this year-the schematics are online and a place like Alan Tani's site makes it much easier than it was formerly.
Of course things still happen-like the tiny brake collars disappearing-but a quick call to Shimano in California Tuesday resulted in an envelope @ the door today with two new free ones!
Very easy to deal with the California office, in future I'll leave the Canadian end to their limited hours and deal direct.
One down and 6 reels to go!
