Rebuilding '97 Volvo 4.3 GS sterndrives

Can anyone give me a ballpark figure on what it would cost to habe my Volvo stern drive engines taken out of my 26 Zeta, rebuilt, and reinstalled (not manifolds, not risers or other peripherals). I am not handy and would not be doing the work myself.

My best guess is shop rate at 120/hour 3 hours to take out , 4 hours install and 3500 for the rebuild. Just under $5000 but that would be using an engine rebuild shop and add in 500 for new bellows, u joints ..... So all in $5500 plus taxes.

x2 for 2 engines.... may be cheaper to look around for already rebuilt engines. may not be much cheaper though.... after considering exchange and freight, duty...

Don't know them or anyone who has dealt with..maybe someone can chime in?
Looks like they can get new crate engines.
