We had a great SFBC xmas get together there last year

Fast track to a new hotel now.
The developers promised a new ramp when this came around last year.
They need to do a land swap with the town to build the hotel.
The boat ramp would need to be moved.
When we looked at what they were planning, the boat ramp was far smaller that the current one.
We would go from a good ramp and parking to a small ramp and just a few parking spots.
Hopefully they learned the public will not sit still and accept anything less than what we have. I for one will be keeping an eye on what is proposed.
