New fish farm in Delta?

I was just reading in the Delta Optimist paper about a proposed fish farm. It is being considered to be built on the Delta Shake and shingle property on River Road. Gupas Enterprises of Richmond would require about 20 acres to have fish tanks and equipment inclosed in a large greenhouse-type structure.The proposed facility would produce about 12,000 tons of turbotfish per year.
