Mechanic near Cultus Lake

A family member of mine is buying his first boat which is near Cultus Lake. I went out and had a look at the boat with him and seems like it might be a good starter boat - older and not the style I would choose but seems well maintained and a decent deal. I suggested that he take it into a shop for a mechanical inspection but I have no connections on the Mainland and he doesn't have the first clue.

Does anyone have any mechanics recommendations near Cultus that could do an inspection. Please let me know if you've had any positive experiences or PM me if you feel more comfortable sharing negative experiences. A mobile mechanic might be convenient if one exists.

Cascade Marine in Chilliwack is pretty good. There is also Quantum Marine on Young Rd, haven't used them yet but have seen some very nice boats in there. TF
