Looking for Volvo Penta help on the sunshine coast

Hey everyone. New boat owner here. Recently picked up a Malibu 202 with a Volvo Penta 4.3L and leg. Hoping someone located on the sunshine coast can come take a look and give me some advice. I will pay adequately for your time. Any leads are appreciated

Mostly with the trim / tilt. I have 2 wires coming off the box, one red with a male spade connector, and one black with a 1/2 eyelet labeled body. I'm not sure where these wire go. I also need to mount my throttle controls and could some some 2cents on that.
