Trying to tie 65lb spiderwire to 80lb tuffline.
Sofar it either slips or breaks when tested

Any suggestions on braid to braid knots

Tried it and tested it. Breaks maybe at 10 lbs, the 80lb gettting cut by the 65lb.

I'm not sure what your application is but I use these tiny spro swivels for connecting to my tuff line http://www.fishermansheadquarters.com/tt_spro_swivels.htm

I run tuffline on my rods but then convert to a short peice of 90# mono at the release clip connection point then down to 30# mono for the run to the flasher and lure. These tiny swivels run thru both my rod guides and my level wind guides with no problems. This way I never have to do braided to braided knots.
