FN chiefs need to be held accountable for the actions of their fishermen. Chiefs need to be voted in by a majority of the band members, not just family heritage. Then maybe there will be more conformity to work with the general public in achieving mutual goals in resource management.
There is lots of posturing and stand off attitudes by FN with passed down governments.
