A few sterile Dollies and/or Cutty's can help out this problem...

That would be nice - but some carp can grow to large sizes. Sprout Lake has indigenous trout that can't wipe-out it's koi problem:

These suckers are so gross. Once released they can be hard to stop. The problem is some bucket brigade guys will bring in a bunch of juvenile pike and then the whole lake goes toast. Damn there is nothing worse than an invasive species ..... unless it is one we like. After writing that, it is funny how I don't mind the lake trout in Kalamalka Lake - maybe I need to give my head a shake...
