This is a new FURUNO Navnet MFD8 : unit was powered on for 10 minutes then placed back in its box. Comes with mounting bracket and knobs, flush-mount kit, power cord, ethernet cables and manuals. A GPS sensor is not included in this sale. Uses GP320B (plugs directly into unit) or GP330B (requires NMEA2000 backbone)
MFD8 is pre-loaded with piles of NOAA raster and vector charts (although for detailed nav data for Canadian waters, C-Map or Navionics chips should be considered---Furuno is not licensed for Canadian nav data and this must be a separate add-on)
Price: $ 2,300 cash, no trades
I can demo the unit in Seattle, or can meet anywhere on I-5 corridor. Zero disappointments with this piece of nav equipment.
