Fishing in Puerto Vallarta

I am going to PV in February and was thinking about a bit of fishing. Having gone once 5 years ago in Huatulco, I am looking for some references. That trip consiste of a boat that was not in greaat shape and the only safety device was a cell phone, plus the captain and the first mate (his brother) smoked enough joints between them that it was lucky we got back.

Does anyone know of a good charter? I am not opposed to a shared charter either.

It's a helluva run from inside the bay that's why it's better to stay @ Punta Mita-and it's still a long run/gas isn't cheap in Mexico.
