electric ?.battery powered trolling motor

Hmmm my 25 year old electric, battery trolli g motor finally died..
12 food lund for freshwater only..
looking at minkota traxxis 45# .with 36 in graphite type shaft..with the updated technology to apparantly squeeze max usage from bsttery..
any one have this? Oppinions?

The Traxxis is the way to go, variable speed, you will get a whole weekend of trolling in. I have one would never use any other one.
 
25 years is pretty good for a old electric motor...hopefully the new one get's you another 25 yrs...just like to add get a good battery with an iron clad guarantee.
