There is an SCRD meeting today at 1:00pm to discuss this if anyone is interested.
Our community cabin dock on South Thormanbu seems to fall squarely within the area and probably exceeds the size limit of 30m²

Is Chip Wilson pissing a lot of people off the reasoning behind this?
I don't get Chip Wilson, who has bought full islands to preserve nature/ecosystem conservation, but at the same time builds a massive gaudy dock for multiple yachts. Seems pretty inconsistent.

Fresh water guys are looped in as well including sakinaw where half the homes or so are boat access only and they want the sheds gone.
What's the end game here, I've never been able to sift through the point of this effort.
That aside, there's a lot of private cash in the area described so the lawyers will be sharpening their fangs as I'm certain folks won't just roll over on this one.
