Dinner Idea for tonight

I had a fantastic meal last night, and thought I'd share it.

8 Ounces of White Spring Salmon, skinless
1.5 tsp Peppercorns
1 Garlic Clove, crushed, not diced
Salt&Pepper
3/4 Cup of cream
1/4 Cup of finely diced onions
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Olive oil
1 serving day old pasta without sauce (Fresh, will work just as well)

(cook pasta if not already cooked)
Heat a small pan on Med-High, Pour in enough olive oil to cover the bottom.
Once oil almost starts smoking, turn pan down to Med, Salt&Pepper fish(both sides), put in pan.
Flip fish once golden brown, add onions and peppercorns.
Once golden on the other side, add cream, lemon juice and garlic.
Break up fish with a spoon and reduce heat to a simmer.
Add pasta, serve when desired consistency has been reached.
