dfo funding disclosure...where is our money going

If you were not already sick by the state of our DFO and our livelihood , check out where the public funds are going.

our livelihood is being sacrificed to pay land claims. and the DFO and prime minister are robbing us to pay a debt that should be paid by all canadians.
This ATP program is a farce , and we really need a inquiry into the mismanagement of public funds.

I would just love to find out exactly what this means: "Contributions to support increased Native participation in commercial fisheries, cooperative fisheries management arrangements and consultations respecting Aboriginal fisheries agreements " Sure seems a little expensive!!!

Where does it disclose where the funds come from and how much? Is there a breakdown that discloses sportfishers direct contributions.

I guess we could multiply the number of licenses sold by say $35 each.
