Desolation Sounds Beaches

Hey there, I heading up into desolation sound tomorrow (Teakerne arm/Tenedos bay areas). Just wondering if anyone can recommend any decent beaches in the area for pulling the boat up on and hanging out for a few hours while prawn traps soak? I have spent some time up there and most of the beaches i am familiar with are very rocky and require an anchor show. thanks in advance. no beaches in either of those two. In fact not much inside desolation proper - your best bet is Savory, Harwood etc.
BTW, some good prawning in Tenodos but finding the correct depth can take a bit of time.

Google earth works well for spotting new locations like this and then cross reference with your charts.

Ya I can't remember many or any within Desolation itself. We always did day trips for the beach activities to Hernando or Savary. Good luck!
