Third party gossip and heresay IS NOT admissable evidence in court.Plain and simple. One individual was remanded in custody for impaired boat(laymans terms).
Its very easy to hop in the boat after a few refreshments after the day is done and an emergency comes up.
Easy to critisize and condemn from afar.
The police and courts will decide what happens, I'm sure it will all come out eventually.
Unfortunately in this case ,there are NO WINNERS!!
Boat responsibly folks. You wouldn't drive down Main Street with a beer in your hand,don't do it in your boat either....
Sad,but I see it too often out fishing...
